Because our fate reports are delivered digitally via email, all sales are final once the report has been sent.

If you experience technical issues (paid but didn’t receive your report), contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

If you accidentally paid the wrong amount, we can assist with a partial refund – please email us within 7 days.
